Not sure what this means yet (except with my high number I look so good.) I think the level sort of depends on how long have you been here and/or how many starpoints you've earned. (it kind of hurts to see all my precious points turned into mere 251 *weeps quietly*). I'm not sure why am I writing this unimformative post.
