Stardoll is doing glitches again. This top is suppose to come to Starplaza yesterday (today is the 14th of March) as you can see on the picture. I don't know if they forgot about it or something, I just think that's no way to treat us.
EDIT: It's in the shops now for 13$. Those prices are getting really crazy.
