Kat High Voltage Tank

This fantastic piece is one of my favourite tops on Stardoll. It goes pretty much with everything, mixed colours can actually look good and its messy look gives medolls a truly awesome style. It was released at some time ago for the Evil Panda store, however it's now available on Starbazaar for accessible prices.

In real life Kat Von D is the owner of this gorgeous tank. She used to wear it on Miami Ink show a lot. Here are some pictures:

Von D Vest

This amazing vest is a great piece for creating rock n roll styles. It looks great with most skirts and pants, it matches any color and a lot of accessories on arms can give you a brilliant outfit. Stardoll got inspired by the Kat Von D leather vest, which she used to wear a lot on the Miami Ink show. It looks amazing on her:

Kat Scarf Top

Since we're having a McQueen month, I decided to post about one more creation from this fantastic designer. Kat Scarf Top is originally from Kat Von D's doll (It's still a mystery why the doll was deleted) and you guys can find it on the Evil Panda store for 5$, only for Superstar members. This top can be used in many, many ways and there's no doubt that you can create awesome looks with it. Here's the Stardoll version:





















In real life, the top was made from an Alexander McQueen skull scarf. He created many in different colors but the top was made with the one below:















And, (of course) my favorite tattooist, the amazing Kat Von D, wears the scarf as a top in real life:

Kat Von D Inspired Tattoos

Some time ago, Stardoll released a bunch of items along with Kat Von D Doll (which we can't dress up anymore for unknown reasons), including clothes, tattoos and even a poster. Many users still wear those great tattoos (including me). So, for those who are curious about the real life versions of each tattoo, enjoy:
1) Right arm - Inspired by the real Kat's right arm, with roses and her father portrait:

3) Hollywood tattoo - She has an equal one on her belly:

5) And finally, the small tattoo we can only use on our Beauty Parlors. It's a rose inspired by Kat's left arm:

COMPETITION, vol 2

Theme:
Re-create a Kat von D inspired outfit, using any clothes you like. Go for tight, sexy, edgy and creative. Show alot of skin, use tattoos and accessories. Be very careful with make-up (she's the owner of a Sephora make-up line).

Make an outfit (that follows all the rules) in your Starplaza wardrobe or your own suite, take a screen shot and upload it to ImageShack. Paste the link to your outfit in comments. It would be nice if you also make a screen print of the make-up you use, but that's optional.
