Here's another part of the Tingeling Halloween Couture. It's called Belted Loop Sweater. Its original price was 40$. I bought mine for 60$, but I haven't seen any for ages. I can imagine its price went up. You can't do much with it, but it looks amazingly good with a plain top underneath.
It's real life version is from Rodarte. It looks more woolen, but I think I prefer the Stardoll version. Here it is:
