January Hot Buys in april?

These are two pieces of January Hot Buys that are still in the shops. Those HB are now 4 months old, so I think it's a little strange since most HB get sold in one month or less. Does anyone else find this strange?

Hot Buys Triangle Cut Out Swimsuit

A new Hot Buys item is out! It's Hot Buys Triangle Cut Out Swimsuit, part of the Hot Buys 2010 April collection. Luckily, it's black so it can be matched with a dark outfit easily. It's branded Bisou and it costs 8$ - which is pretty cheap for Hot Buys items in my opinion.



Real life version? Zimmermann. It has 3 lines of cut out triangles instead of one, but I believe this is the one. Picture:

RARE inspired by Mc queen

This lovely dress is called RARE inspired by Mc queen. I don't remember when it came out, how long it was in the shops or how much the original price was because the dress is really old. All I know is that it's tagged RARE and Fallen Angel. They used to be cheap, you could get them for 15$, but now they're more rare and expensive.



Now to the real life version. As the name of the dress says, it's Alexander McQueen. A bit different in real life, partly transparent, but still looking the same. Here it is:

This one is definetely worth seeing. Btw. Half of her presentation is written in Russian, and I can translate some of the parts I find important:

Free black cat

There's been alot of guessing considering this cute new freebie. There's two versions, the black one (on the picture) and the white one. I don't know how to get the white one, but you're suppose to get a black kitten if you spend 15$ in the suite shop. There's a possibility that it only works for superstars because it didn't work on my other non-superstar account.

Wearing some LE, Elle and DKNY Lachelle made it covergirl. We wrote about her designs before, she makes emo designs. She's been broadcasting alot and today she finally made it. Now this is what I call our type of covergirl. Congrats!



Another funny detail - Callie.Stardoll is scenery/photo winner, don't you think she shouldn't be participating in such stuff?

Trashion Fashion

There's a new enviromental theme going on. I think Stardoll (and fashion) got inspired by the Earth Hour project. In the Tingeling section of Starplaza there is alot of dresses that are real-life recycle clothes.



Some are kind of expensive for being recycled and all. Here's a few real life versions (click for magnification):




Pretty cool right? Well, I found another "recycled" dress on the internet. I wonder why Stardoll didn't make this one. (:

Cat Smile Tee

With Stardoll's new campaign, I thought I'd make a post about (in my opinion) the best freebie. This one is Cat Smile Tee. No brand & free. I've seen alot of them for 2$ and more expensive ones too. Personally, I love the tee and I can't wait to have it.



Now to the real life version. Considering the new Alice in Wonderland movie is already in cinemas, the Alice theme is currently pretty popular. "Alice is the new black," as I've heard.
The brand is Junk Food - meaning it's no high fashion and no huge prices. You can get it for 25£ or 28€.

New Dorée Collection

New Hair colors and Highlights on Dorée store. They all cost 6$ and are only for Superstar (as usual). I personally love the purple Highlights and I'm planning to buy it.

As you all know, there's a new spring campaign. Everyone received a link in their mailbox that lead to this page (haven't seen it yet - click):



The text says you get a gift for every 15$ spent. They're completely random, it doesn't matter what you buy as long as it's from Starplaza or the MiniShop. Here are some gifts you can receive:



You can also get a sofa, another purple dress and a black tree. They promised a free interior aswell, but I haven't seen it yet.

These shoes are one of my favorite items on Stardoll so far. Its from the March Hot buys collection and it's an item that fits any style, specially the rocker one. They're currently on sale in the store Bisou. They cost 7$ and they're Superstar.
