There is a new superstar shop in the Starplaza. It is called Amy Claire and it has simple, one or two colored dresses in it. As I've read, I think it's a time limited offer, they'll remove it on the 25th of February, so buy the dresses you like before it's too late!
As you see on the pictures, there is a dress missing in the Amy Claire shop that can be found via search, it's called "2 Tone Shift Dress." Just pick "dresses" under type and "grey" under color and it should be on the last page.
